Please please can someone help?! I am contacting you from Channel Islands so feel helpless! We own a touriste apartment in block 4 El Rincon. Yesterday a friend of mine and her partner moved in for a week's holiday - they have stayed before no problem. She contacted me this morning to say they have been awake all night - but worst of all since 5 this morning! There are some young guys in the flat above and they have had music on full volume, slamming doors, screaming and shouting all night.
They asked for them to turn it down a bit but nothing changed. I have emailed Gasfin the community people and my agent - but of course it is Sunday. One of you may have rented your apartment out and may have no knowledge of what is happening in there. Is there a president on the site who can go and ask these youngsters to be a bit more reasonable please. I hate making a fuss but these poor people want to enjoy their holiday and their next step will be to call the police I think.

Since I sent this this morning my friend tells me the apartment above us is full of builders who are doing up the apartment they are living in! Sounds like they are having a high old time bless them - maybe they'll invite my friends to join in their festivities and then it won't bother them - has anyone else been disturbed by them? Seems a strange arrangement for the builders to be living in - mostly middle-aged apparently. They were stoking up a bbq this pm and were already on the beers so hopefully they will have all fallen asleep by now - here's hoping for a quiet night for my holidaymakers - who I have to say like to party with the rest of them but within reason not 5 a.m.!!! Lol - I still envy them being there in the sunshine - it's freezing here in Guernsey!

The builders have gone from the apartment! All quiet on the western front - I now have happy holidaymakers!
