We have been lucky enough to go to our apartment at El Rincon several times in the last few months, when we are in residence we see other apartments in use, but we do not know if the people we see are owner's ,or people renting.

it would be great to meet some of the people who add comments on this site,if anyone is interested, could we agree to show in some way our connection.

Security seems to be the biggest single issue for us all,let us remember some people will have bought in El Rincon with the sole purpose of letting it out,and never actually stay them selves, which is fine, but there will always be people around that will have no regard for others, when a high percentage of apartments are occupied during the summer i am a fearfull that there will be problems, when we were last over, a group of people opposite to us came in around 4.30am, then sat out on the balcony  and kept the party going for another hour, i am not a kill joy but voices seem to echo around very loudly.

I went in search of my stolen bikes into El Calma (blue and white) just in case, and read a notice to their residents from their president, they seem to have a lot of problems with lack of respect for their development, rubbish bags, dogs fouling, spitting, vandalism, it's upto us all to be vigilant and caring to what happens to El Rincon.

I am looking forward to many happy years at El Rincon, it is a great development, lets keep it great.

Hi Stability

Fully agree with what you say, we got our apartment with the intention of letting it out but I just cant bring myself to do it for fear of even the worktop being scratched, trouble is its going to be hard for me to have it as a holiday home financially but I am going to try.

As for party’s, people should have the respect and courtesy to know that 12.00 at night is a respectable cut off point for noise but parties renting apartments don’t give a hoot about rules vandalism and litter.

Last time we was there, there were kids jumping off the waterfall feature with there parents encouraging them to do it, I cant believe what total plonkers these people are at times.

Anyway gripe over, but I will certainly approach anyone causing wrongdoings at El Rincon, after all I will be footing the bill for any damage.

                                                                          Col

hi All,

Glad to hear that you agree with my concern, i think Col's notes are worth remembering if you see anybody abusing the complex, we must take it upon ourselves to stop it, and actively back anyone up who is confronting someone, then report all problems to the commitee, start as we mean to go on.

Ignorant bloke with a couple of kids jumping off the waterfall, what an absolute arse, I was so hoping he'd do himself an injury, lets hope he was a one time renter and not an owner !!!

Stability let me know where the party was as I think I'm opposite you guys and with my  6 year old needing his sleep there's no more of  a kill joy than me.

Anyway we're flying out on Sunday anyone esle able to make the trip over New Year ? If so I hope you all have a fab time.

Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
