Make sure you get all your appliance guarantees

I was wondering if anyone could help.

My parents are in my apartment at the moment and can't seem to get the heating working.

Does anyone know off hand which buttons to press.  It was working when we were last out so don't think there is a major problem but would just like to know the sequence in which the buttons are pressed.

Just phoned my boyfriend to ask about how the heating works at El Rincon. 

Off is circle with vertical line through it.

Right hand button controls temperature.

Left hand button is the mode button.

To switch heating on push left hand button 5 times, then heating will come on.

To switch off (if you have finally managed to get it on in the first place that is!!) push left hand button once more.

Hope this all makes sense.  If it is any consolation when my boyfriend first moved in he couldn't get it working and in the end two friendly neighbours came over to assist.

Thanks for your response.

They have finally managed to get it working with the aid of some friendly neighbours.  Not sure what buttons they pressed but I have asked them to write it down so we will know for future reference.

Again thank you and when I am out at Easter I think that I will be making some user friendly instructions.

Anyway they are warm now, so I can relax
