Hi all, just got back from a flying weekend visit to Spain for our anniversary. Had a call from Ainhoa while we were there and she tells us, they have no record of us paying the money for the lock up and garage space. We have posted them photocopies of our receipts, but it seems PALMERA have not passed it to Urbasa! They have pocketed er I mean mislaid it, mmmnnn!!
Anyway, thats our problem, but Ainhoa did say something else holding up proceedings is that thay have not received all proof of payments from everyone. (I know I can hear you all saying 'another excuse')
It seems Palmera (again) are the -------s in this situation. They seem like they are holding back information and money!
I know not everyone has had this letter from Urbasa, but if I were you I would get in touch and send COPIES ONLY of any money you have paid to them. Ainhoa seems quite on the ball and has rang me several times even when I have not been HOUNDING her!!We have sent all info they need and are willing to hold on 'till contract out of time end Oct. If they can guarantee work will be completed, if not we want our money back. Our solicitor trying to sort out Bank Guarantee with them as we speak!
Feels like they must have felt on the Titanic., are we all on this sinking ship try to help each other..good luck to everyone!
