new to site does anybody know if we can sell the property if we find our own buyer [fat chance i know] does anyone know why the builder is asking for all this information when surely he should already have it. and does anyone have any information who this Hannia Melloul is and does anybody think that we might be cutting our own throats by giving the builder this information as it looks like all deposits have been sent to him[Hannia Melloul].

We have been advised by our Solicitor not to send them anything.  They could use it against you.

Hi, today I have been to office in Almoradi having had a telphone call from them yesterday expressing urgency, which is a first ! have now given all correspondance. I was told by Urbasa that they hold my 20% deposit, I can only assume the private investor has creamed off his profit and the money was forwarded. Evidentally there is only a few of us who Urbasa have details for, this beggers belief !!

Personally although tedious I can't see the harm in accommodating their request. I have a signed contract confirming my purchase by Urbasa. Although to be fair does seem a bloody mess to all of us.

Has anyone out of curiosity had any constructive dialouge with Palmera. I just cant afford the telephone calls just being put on hold. I get the impression that a lot of disgruntled purchasers who we are not privey to have put in cancellations, having spoken to, I guess Laura today.
