Hi Rob

Don't forget that every time we view a message or update and post a reply to a message then the "viewings" tally increases.  If you view the same message more than once then again the tally increases.

I'm sure that there are other buyers who have not posted on the forum but this may explain the figures on some of the more popular topics.

THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY,  BUT WE WAS WONDERING  ABOUT HOW MANY PROPERTYS HAVE BEEN SOLD ON PHASE1....ONLY WE WERE TOLD IN APRIL 06 THAT MOST OF THE PROPERTYS WERE SOLD (IE) TO BRITS, SPANISH. GERMAN. DUTCH ETC....

THERE ARE ONLY THE SAME HANDFUL OF  PEOPLE THAT REPLY TO THE POSTS  REGULARY WHICH HAS LEFT ME WONDERING..

(1)  WERE  ALL THE PROPERTYS SOLD IN THE FIRST PLACE?...

(2)  MAYBE THEY DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS WEB-SITE....?

We bought an open plus on M54 a year ago, I've been one of those readers in the back ground reading the threads, our place is almost finished just need the gates on, electric, water etc, I hope it's going to be as good as it sounds, everyone's getting excited. We were out in April and they said then that all the properties were sold.
