We completed on  monday. Thought it may be of interest to know the following:

KeyMare very pleasant and helpful. The pool is very welcome as it is extremely hot! The grass is growing slowly everywhere.

However!!! Building work very much inprogress together with hard landscaping, Very dusty everywhere including inside the house unless you keep the doors and windows closed during the day. From 7pm all is wonderfully quiet and as there are only about 4 people who have moved in at the moment - feels like paradise. Although we are told that in a few weeks is will be very busy as lots of people are completing.

Today we asked Europa TV company in Puerta Rey to put up a satelite dish as we had brought our SKY box and card.  It was a BIG mistake as KMare sent a ´posse´ to tell us we could not have a satelite dish!! seems this is in the contract - can´t say we have read it. The company were almost finished fiting it when they had to dismantle everything.  The TV that is cabled into the properties for our use only has Spanish stations and two German - no English. We tried to reason with the Administrator as it must be apparent that there will be many people who want to have it fitted. It seems it will be up to the community at a later stage to decide and they will make a decsion at that time.

We are here for a month so if there is anything I can help with individually  - let me know. We come into the Internet cafe every few days.

Can't say that I have seen anything in the contract about not being allowed Sattelite TV. I stayed at Andalus resort earlier in the year and lots of people had Sky TV.

I knew it had to go to the community first re sat dishes, there is a legal prob at AA Hills at the moment re the sat dishes, I want sattelite tv but thinking about it logically, the complex would look awful with 2 or 3 hundred dishes sticking out all over the place.

When the first meeting takes place we should vote this in, but we need to have one dish per block as this is how it works with other people i know who have places in spain, each person then just pays a charge for connection if and when they want it.

I agree that my understanding about satellite dishes is that it has to be dealt with by the "community" but also agree that it needs to be done sympathetically.

On the day you completed, was the water & electricity on?

When did you pay the set up fees for this?

We are due to complete 23rd July.

YOU DO NOT NEED A DISH NOW YOU ONLY NEED A SMALL SQUARE MESH ARIEL ,

GO TO   THE COMPANY "G.T. T.V."    WHICH IS IN  THE RIENA HOTEL COMPLEX  (WHICH IS NEXT TO THE MEXICO HOTEL )

AND SPEAK TO THEM ................ALL UK CANNELS AND MOST "SKY " CHANNELS.

THE POOL IS OPEN IN PHASE 1 THALASSA THERE IS A SOCORISTA "LIFEGAURD" SAT BY THE POOL AND IT LOOKS NICE AND INVITING
