It's interesting to read this exchange of views as due to work pressures i have not see the forum for a while or contributed.

I have emailed Andrew direct with my views as i will not be at the meeting and my wife comes out the day after.

We purchased on Thalassa because of the whole development but the spa played a big part in our decison, we are happy to contribute as part of the community charge but would want acess all year.

We believe there should not be a seperate charge for the spa as that was the concept we bought into in the first place, we all knew we would have to contribute to the facilities and should not expect KM to. But we should expect KM to provide the equipment and facilities  agreed initially and to finish the development to a good standard.

This debate will rumble i know but whatever the outcome of the meeting we will have to accept.

It is down to the management company to provide public liability cover in this case Seasun and we as owners will be paying the premium via our monthly charge .

Just arrived back and had a look in at the pool on saturday night, water is in the pool and the jacuzi works.

Should be ready within a week i am told, it is coming alomg nicely and roll on Christmas when i am out there next.

It is 50 Euros for a 2 bed/bathroom appartment.

The key holding also includes an inspection and airing of the appartment weekly any chasing up of outstanding issues with Keymare and if you have anybody staying they will be able to contact Dave & Anita at any time for help or advice.

I agree SuziQ we noticed a lot of cars turning up with people already changed for the pool and then dssapearing, also suprised at the size of the pool, the wife managed to have a quick look around and said it is small in the changing areas and spa.

With regards the meeting, we have not hygeard anything and not sure if we need a life guard as he isn't there a lot of the time anyway.
