There's a place in Vera called Raci. Head up to the first main roundabout in Vera if you're coming from the coastal road or the back way at the back of the development. (pass the Nissan dealership). Turn left at the roundabout and about half a mile down the right hand side is Raci. I think it was 30 euros.

On the subject of car hire can anyone recommend any of the hire companies at Almeria airport where it's quick to pick up the keys even if there's a queue? I ask since we've used Solmar twice (cars were fine, no problems there) but they seem to take ages printing out contracts and giving you the keys etc. I don't know why they just haven't got everything pre-prepared that just then needs a signature/proof of id. Any suggestions welcome.

I spoke (attempted to anyway) to the Spanish manager overseeing the Spa and in door pool and he said in 10 days it will all be ready. Has anyone seem the steam/sauna room yet? I'm assuming it's the mystery door that's always locked. 

If anyone needs to rent an apartment ours is available, drop me a pm.
