We are going out for a visit on 22nd May, which was our original inspection date, having read all the posts, I have contacted our solicitor and Keymare etc but as yet have not heard back, and now don't reaaly expect to get a look in.

I am not sure what to make of the 'when to sign' thing.On the one hand the longer we leave to sign, the more money  can be saved on mortgages etc, and as per a previous post I would prefer a non rushed well built developement. Having said that have not been waiting as long as 2 years like some others and fully understand the frustration.

what i meant was if we pay al this money and then nothing gets done and how do we get them done when everyone has gone??
