Newcomer

I bought in phase 1 block 10 and was told it would be March 07. for the finish its a long way off that and like everyone else no real date from keye mare, the only reason that I went with this complex is because of the indoor, outdoor pool ,spa and the facilities, so I dont see why we should be asked to complete the sale with just a building site as a complex.  Did anyone biy through a company called Selectia ?  Is there anyone else from Ireland in phase 1 ?

We also purchased on Phase 1 over 2 years ago and think we are in a block near you.   To be honest we didn't expect the development to be complete when originally scheduled, but would say that we weren't aware of a couple of things.  One being that the development would be as big - we were led to believe by the sales company we used that Phase 1 was it and any further phases would be separate sites!

I would rather the builder take their time and get it right than rush and do a botch job, but that's our personal choice.
