Sin lactose

Hi All

We are out at Terrazas for 2 weeks @ Easter :-) & I'm wondering if anyone knows can I buy Lactose free milk (preferably whole) from anywhere locally?

Im not sure, but you may be able to buy lactofree (type) products at the supermarket in the shopping centre Dos Mares (San javier). Or you may find some products at Iceland in San Javier. They are about 15 min drive from the resort.

Hi Alison,

The Mercadona in Los Alcazares sell a range of Soja products e.g milk, yogurts, also the Mercadona in San Javier.

Eroski at Dos Mares sell Soja cheese they stay open tell 10:00 pm

The only thing I still have not found is a Soja spread or bread.

The supermarket on Terrazas do not sell a range of these products.
