Hi. 

If you want good quality fly screens approximately 64p euros for an internal apartment add another 100 if you have and end apartment due to the extra window, (I can gives you details of a company that's fits these lots of happy customers on terrazas. 

As for Window/door locks you can buy and fit yourself for about 15/20 euros each, can I add why you'd want these terrazas is very safe the front door are extremely robust and when deadlocked very secure. 

​The awning I have no idea of cost, I would guess anything from 200 upwards depending on which you require.

If you could give me the details for the screen company that would be great.....

It's just every time we have rented on terrazas every apartment has had these fitted (locks) so i think it's just peace of mind. I know that terrazas is very safe that's one of the main reasons we bought on there, but we won't be there all year round......

I thought the awnings would be about 200€ up over.
