Just bavk home after 11 days at Terrazas. Visited Coppollas a few times. The food was lovely, good quality and not overly priced. Service was also good. On a couple of the occasions we were in it was quite busy with visiting golfers which was great to see. All very positive and they still have free wifi! Hope you have a lovely time on your next visit. Kay

Im not sure, but you may be able to buy lactofree (type) products at the supermarket in the shopping centre Dos Mares (San javier). Or you may find some products at Iceland in San Javier. They are about 15 min drive from the resort.

We use Sabadell bank. I registered with one in Orihuella Costa, but regularly visit the branch in Los Alcazares.  The staff speak excellent Engljsh and I have always found them to be very helpful. They charge €24 per quarter. You can set up free national and international exchanges and direct debits. They offer online, mobile and telephone banking - all very easy to use. There is a local branch in Roldan, the staff are friendly but do not speak English.
