Legal action from polaris

Hello i wonder if anybody else has had a letter off a company called Corporate Credit Debt Recovery acting on behalf of polaris world they are from Liverpool,i walked away as could not get the finances to complete on my appartment in CDA  i had paid 40% of price but had to walk away,now this company is asking for rest of payment any advice would be gratefull thank you

Are PW saying they will give you the apartment if you find the outstanding 60%?

doesnt say they just want the remaining outstanding balance ive paid 40k which was 40% deposit but either way im in no postion 2 buy or pay

Is this something to do with the Debt Collectors that our Presidents and ML have instructed to recover unpaid community fees from UK owners?

I would imagine its something different.

I would hope the community wouldn't get involved with chasing up money owed by Polaris so think it must be a separate action.
