Has anyone else received this e-mail below.  I would like to reply with the comment "pardon" but maybe someone else out there can make more sense of this.

To inrush the water meters work, and due to the mistake when indentifying the plots in the meters boxes, we confirm that Urbaser has required cooperation to Mileniun, therefore, we will coordinate the communications so Polaris rectify the wrong identifications in the related meters..

Things do get lost or confused in translation don't they! 
 
It looks think Ubaser are having a similar problem to the one we (and many others) experienced with Iberdrola whereby some meter serial numbers were linked to the wrong apartment and therefore contracts and bills were sent to the wrong customers.  We didn't have electricity to our apartment but we were told by both Iberdrola and then RPM that a meter had been fitted and we were given bills - when we got them to check it out by visiting the apartment they realised we had no meter and our meter had actually been fitted to someone else's apartment. 
 
It looks like Ubaser may have a similar problem and have gained the help of Milenium to sort this out.  We hve actually had our water fitted in the last month and have been billed 199 Euros for the privilege!
