I'd be very surprised if anyone gets to the bottom of this.  It's a scam - end of.

I've been through the mill with this.  Milleniun are not interested,  Socamex, the culprits, are laughing at us.  The ''very helpful guy'' who lives on the Jardins and works for Socamex is not interested.  The Guardia Civil are not interested,  The Town Hall couldn't care less particularly the Consumer Department.  The presidents blow hot air and nothing happens.  The Ombudsman in Madrid thinks a scam in Condado should be dealt with by EU bureaucrats in Brussels!!!

Who's next I wonder?  So, decision time, it's pay up or sell up.  I decided to sell up.  But I had already paid.............

Sounds reassuring and something which should have been installed at construction stage.  But, if you speak to those of us who have been billed Eur 1000 plus, I think the common thread will be that leaks are not the issue, and its more to do with thieving b*******s since Socamex took over.

Go for re-election Chaddy.  CdA needs people who have the guts to speak up and be noticed.

Sadly, Jesus Samper passed away recently. He was the guy pushing the Paramount project. I guess that's the last nail in the coffin for the theme park, so to speak.

If you have a leak then you'll get huge bills every time. This isn't the case, so forget about looking for puddles. The large bills are random. A 2000 euro bill would cover the cost of filling a couple of swimming pools, so its no good looking at damp patches.

As for the 10 year guarantee?  Don't hold your breath on that one.  ML wouldn't even consider it when I broached the subject.  Remember Polaris and the so called bank guarantees?
