Apartment Cleaning/Bed Changing Service

Hi,

My name's Tom. I'm just in the process of settling on two apartments in Duquesa Village - Ouch!
I bought off-plan through Ocean Estates***!!! with the intention of selling prior to completion [like a lot of people I imagine!]

Anyway, looks like I'm stuck with them, and I'm not complaining [so far] except about what I've read about the management charges [about 250 Euros per month per apartment?].

It's my intention to use the apartments for myself, family and friends and rent out at other times.

Can anyone recommend a service for cleaning etc at changeover time?

I would also like to know more about the golf-course that the apartments look onto. Anyone have any info?

Hi,

I've played the course twice and think it is excellent. Varied holes and the back 9 has panoramic veiws down to the sea.Suits all levels and great setting to sit on the terrace outside the golf shop and watch the golfer's playing down to the 18th green. Wish I was there now.

I s the golf course connected to our development? i.e. where does it start and how much are the green fees? also do we get a discount as owners there?

Hi Tom, I don't believe that Duquesa Village is connected to the course - am not sure about any discount on green fees for owners, though. The official website for the course is www.golfladuquesa.com, and you can get information from there.

we have emailed about bed changing etc but noticed this thread about golf. I too dont believe DV has any priveliges regarding the golf course , however the owner of one of the bars near to Duquesa Suites is an avid golfer who I am sure could organise some golf for you.

Incidentally has anyone any news on access to the new spa and gym at the hotel?
