Am I stupid or what. I have locked the master key in the safe and now batteries are low so will not open with passcode and key. What do I do? Any ideas? Dave

Hi,

I have a 2 bed  apartment in phase 2

Can anyone do me a favour and measure the windows in the lounge and both bedrooms please.

I am in UK but am coming over soon to furnish the apartment but could do with the measurements.

I need window width and heights  and from floor to top of window.

Aso the loubge has a step so could do with the height of that step please.

I would actually agree.

Next to our apartment are 2 large dogs and they do create noise and mess.

Hi All,

I am still here.

I have not completed and my lawyer did get my contract resinded but will get my deposit returned only when funds are in.

Now being told the developer is bankrupt so no chance there.

Also being told that now the development is finished then cannot go bank gaurantee route as BG runs out when occupation license granted.

So bank owns my property with my deposit unprotected.

If anyone has any idea then please please tell me.
