My wife and I should (hopefully) be completing on our apartment early in the new year. We will use the apartment for holidays - and let friends and family use it too. Has anyone set up a business to look after apartments which are used in this way? We have investigated some of the local management companies - but they are all aimed at the rental market and look to be quite expensive.
