In early February, I will be completing on my property in phase 2  . Has anyone got information on the Utilities situation. ie

1, Is the developers gas & electric still on when completion takes place and if so for how long ?

2, Has anyone been thro the process, who did you use, contact numbers and how long did it take.

3, What costs if any are incurred.

We have just completed and are using our Solicitor to set up contracts with the Water/Electricity companies. Apparently it takes c10days from completion date to get all connected, although when we got the keys and went into our apartment, the water was already on but not the electrics.

I think you have 30 days to Snag your apartment, which includes testing the utilities so you need to get them set up asap after completion.
