i know this is done to death but has anyone heard anything more on the pgou approval and license's.  I read that other developments like santa maria green hills--  new high court judgement against the developer. does any one know whats happening with are development.

The Green Hills judgement appears to be to state that the punters can sue the developer for non completion within the time scale and for not building the correct number of facilities-such as swim pools.

Good news for people who did not complete -who can now try to get their deposits back.

This has an effect on those that did complete-on the assumption that developers would  not be around.

The problem is are the developers still around?

No news as usual on PGOU.

I have sent a PM to you- as I have had my run ins with Penarroya -who are still around.

Ps we are in Manzana 3.

Green Hills and La Reserva are very different and the Judgement may only effect a few here.

For one thing that developer has no money?Pennaroya do and are paying capital and ineterest and this sets no precedence for other developments,only on one basic situation where developers probably wont make the same mistake again.

Dan ,I think the lawyer concerned may be interested in what you are telling people on these and other forums ......since you are posting rubbish. 

Please forgive the rantings hear but enough is enough.

Fact . I supported The Petition Thread.  This lady tells me   "We dont need support from people like you amongst other things " Its there for all to see and I had to withdraw my support.

Fact. I have property interests on La Reserva del Marbella and as some are aware we keep in touch. So she follows me here and has done for years(insults anyone that agrees with  me )

Fact I have  had property,been involved with for 5 years with Manilva Beach Development/Estepona Beach and Country Club and other of this developers developments and she has followed  me around each with insults again without reply and rather that bring threads down I Stopped posting and have had to conduct everything by P/M .Again its there for all to see.

I have a property on Santa Maria Green Hills. Everytime I try to post information shes their with the insults.We have an excellent committee on Green Hills and like La Reserva we are trying to work throught the problems we all have in one form or another.

Those that have completed want occupation licences so at least we may have the option to move on even if they dont want to complete.

I for one am getting so pi--d  with people like this that dont have any interest/money or property in Spain playing advisor with other peoples money.

To them its a game. TO US ITS OUR LIVES AND OUR FUTURE  and I am damn if I will walk away from yet another thread where I have interests and help others following insults just so some get there way.

No if she has information as she says she has then. LETS HEAR IT.  DONT SIT THERE MOCKING. IF NOT then let us carry on with getting the information the best way we can.

Appologise for the outburst but we all have many problems to face and need to support each other,

Maybe you should practice what you preach. You post on this and other forums with equal innaccuracy and contradiction, stirring up worry and concern amongst those who are happy to have completed as well as those in the midst of expensive and debilitating lawsuits. It is impossible that everyone will get what they wish for, especially in court.

Each purchase/litigation case is unique to the urbanisation, the owner situation, the lawyers, the courts and the developer situation and therefore, advice on any forum ought to be largely ignored.

Many people (although the number of readers and contributors seems to be dwindling rapidly, thankfully) know your true identity and urbanisation. Hopefully, your efforts to upset so many people will not have any intrusive effect on the peaceful life that we all crave; including your own.

Please spare a reply. The childish rants and smilies are most tiresome and I for one will not be logging in to witness them anymore.

Back on thread does anyone have any news  on the licences.  

ITS IS VERY DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHO IS WHO AT TIMES  AND WHO OWNS A PROPERTY IN A PARTICULAR DEVELOPMENT. i HAVE ALWAYS FOUND JUST DAN HONEST AND HIS COMMENTS USEFULL. FOR THE SAME REASONS AS OTHER OWNERS NEEDS CLARITY AND TO END THIS NIGHTMARE WE ARE ALL IN. WETHER COMPLETED OR LITIGATION

We all remeber KENNY E  many posters may be family members of the developers so anyone reading a forum should be carefull and take independant advice if that exists in Spain. We have all been let down by a corrupt system. The Junta turned a blind eye for years they knew the GIL town plan was not approved and yet they did nothing allowed all the building to go ahead and wait till the maximium number of people were caught in the system, then declare everthing illegal back to 1986. So IF ANYONE IS TO BLAME I BLAME THE JUNTA ANDALUCIA WHO HAVE CREATED THIS MESS AND ARE STILL CAUSING PAIN. WE SHOULD ALL SPARE A THOUGHT FOR THE PROIRS LIVING IN A CARAVAN.

We should all be on the same side not scabbling between ourselves

LASTEST figures in typicallyspanish.com show visitors to SPAIN down 2 million. the authority's in SPAIN must sort out the land grab issues, illegal building , bad lawyers and even notaries that turn a blind eye to the facts infront of them BEFORE ANY SENSIBLE INVESTORS WILL RETURN.

Batman has only ever posted twice on the Reserva Thread and The Green Hills Thread both of where I have property interests.

Once I had someone who called himself Justdan without the space its usually a developer or someone with motives of though own

John is on Manzana 3. and we keep in touch on a weekly basis..( send a p/m to him and he will confirm I am not him )

He replied to me last night.

Apologies for this-I meant to send a PM to James/Yvonne ref-any news about PGOU at La Reserva -trying to inform about -the latest news and using Green Hills as  a comparison.

I pressed  reply instead of pressing PM.

Obviously John Waynes comments have upset a lot of people and you are suffering as a result.

Believe me ,my cack handed attempt was to try to make contact with what appears to be like minded reasonable souls who have experiences at La Reserva- I did not intend to stir up the banshees.
