Jamesyvonne,  You are so right, the licence issue is so important to the whole of la Reserva and other developements, otherwise as I predicted early last year prices will fall and continue to fall.  I know people did not like what I said at the time. The property market has lost confidence of buyers and investors.  Banks not lending because developements have no licence.  Agents not selling property that has no licence and the list goes on. No wounder buyers are turning away in fear.

La reserva looks well, I was there a few weeks ago and was supprised how well the place looked and how clean the roads were outside La Reserva.  Old cars gone, pavements fixed but oh for the barking dogs, barking , barking morning noon and night.  Something will have to be done and Im not the only one complaining, I met others who said its crazy. Having a dog tied in a front garden nearly all day is unfair to the dog and his barking is unfair to me. I feel a 2 bed apartment is no place for a dog.

So here we go, wait for it.

I think the administration needs to do something about the dogs.  Its not fair after buying a garden apartment that I should have this dog in the garden next door roaring evertime we go to our garden door or into the garden.  There are rules and I know this for a fact.  Other developements have rules in relation to dogs and loud barking by dogs all day is not allowed. How am I supposed to enjoy my property beside this problem. The administration needs to do something. My apt is in manazanna 3 block 5.

YES any news on the licences. Where did all the experts go that gave us all their advise last year. They have disappeared and so its seem has a lot of what they said. NO licence prices falling and predicted to fall another 8% this year. We are now in negative equity. My own feeling is it will come back but we may wait 3/4 years to see it. Yes something has to be done about the barking dogs in La Reserva. The admin. needs to put up signs stating the rules in regards to dogs asap. The problem has been allowed to go on for too long, it needs to be addressed NOW. This developement is improving so lets get things right.

Licences we are all in limbo until Junta decides.

Report misuse/abuse of dogs to Spanish equivalent of RSPCA.
