Can anyone tell us the IBI (Council rate) for a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Manzana 3. Even an approximate figure may help.
We have just received our Income/Wealth Tax bill for 2007. The total amount is 1,022 euros made up of 314 euros Income Tax, 476 euros Wealth Tax and 232 euros professional fees. We have only been given 2 weeks to pay this but understand the figure may change if we know our IBI (Council rate). We know we need to go to Marbella Town Hall to get this but won't be there now until next year. (We were there last week - sod's law).
Can anyone help with this rate? and do these figures sound a bit high?
