Lets get this straight.
You have no dealings with San Jose or anyone from this forum, you decide to post something thats not substantiated, about a meeting between the company, the administrator and someone else who is not named.
It looks like its cut and pasted from different sources.................
We on the other hand have many thousands of pounds tied up in the company and the administration is at a very 'tender'stage for us.
Now after all that you think its wrong for people like me to ask for you to substantiate your e mail?
You work in accounts....everything in accounts has got to be added up correctly hasnt it? If you had an invoice to check that was as dubious as your posting....you would ask questions.
Thats what im doing right now....................so come on
PROVE ME WRONG...WHATS SO DIFFICULT

Just a couple of observations. Briando, nor indeed a good number of other people have ever divulged a PM that I know too, certainly never one of mine, nor do I believe would they. They know who they are and thank you.
I sincerely hope the Almu does read the depth of anger and disgust at how we, the clients, have been treated and diddled out of thousands of pounds and what we indend to do about it. i.e. NEVER give up fighting for our right's in return for the breach of contract. The only person she will meet is Tony or SARC to hear the positives from. She will not reply to any email, however polite, begging or pleading, nor have SJ/HdT given we purchaser's an apology either publically or privately , despite all of us providing up to date contact details sometime ago. They blame the recent credit crunch. It was boom time 4 years ago when we purchased and promised BG's as one of the biggest selling points. As my sacked ex lawyer said ' its's fool proof'.
It cannot be a coincidence that they have suddently found re-financing before judgement made - we have every right to doubt every single remark, statement or hearsay via SARC considering the history. They have proved nothing to date but dishonesty, corruption and downright lies. I long to be proven wrong and would apologise in person should she ever wish to actually meet with a genuine client with no other agenda than to resume her life and regain virtually all she has financially - me. If, and only if they ever prove to us direct in actions would I even consider not offending their precious feelings. Im quite sure ours are hurting far more.
So if your reading Almu - I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!

I have apologised to wadge in a PM I believe he did indeed post his info in good faith .I apologise for the confusion Wadge.
May I suggest that in the future it would be helpfull to all of us if we could agree to post the when where etc of posts like these no need to give names or speifics just , published in and the the date published ,emailed by lawyer on ,or reported from SJ on and the date etc If this info is refused people can make up their own minds as to the validity of the content . I am ,as I am sure others are as well getting a little less tolerant and more battle weary the longer this all goes on .It is I think the stress of getting to the stage of making decisions about future actions and the need to make sure we make the right choices for our individual situations . .Stress is a killer .Chin up all Cheers JA

JA, this is the third and last time i tell you, I DO NOT KNOW TONY OR ANY ONE ELSE ON THIS FORUM.
Wadge posted a report from his lawyer. I had the same report that day. I sent a pm to wadge and we have the same layer.
Nothing sinister just a report that gave me some hope.

Briando is it not this week SJ are expected to report back to the judge ,is this why Tony is in Spain who knows typical cloak and dagger when you asked him if it was business or pleasure .I hope he isn't having lunch with the judge et al . Just a bit worried if this is the case the judge may think we are all fine and dont WOMB. JA

I hink Tony will come back a happy chappy knowing there is scope for the builder to carry on building.......perhaps.
Then he has to make his mind up............with the real possibility of having his money back, will he run with the hare or the hounds........................he may have to choose

Hi JA and others
For your information, Tony didn't have lunch with the judge today, as after the meeting he headed to Jumilla, where he met up with John and me, at our request. After all the postings on the forum, I have to admit that we had wanted to meet him to make up our own minds. He is a genuine guy, and although he knows we want our money back, he was happy to listen to us and accept our point of view. He will be posting his report to SARC members, then publishing it for other people to peruse.
I hope that Tony won't mind if I tell you that he did get a free coca cola, plus a cafe con leche for his mother: we insisted on adding that to our bill as he was then driving over to see Linda and David. I would like to assure that we are buyers too, not agents, not administrators and we don't work for SJ/HdT, so hopefully that doesn't count as corruption.

PS If anyone wants any information on Jumilla, feel free to send us a PM or a query on the forum. We will reply as soon as possible, though John is busy compiling notes on the city itself which will be published as a guide by the end of November, and I am rewriting my book aimed at people retiring to Spain. (Any stories from other ex-pats retiring here would be welcome!)

chaos has broken out again. lets look at things properly and with understanding of the situation. San jose have not just "found money" nor will they be in a position to find money as Julies kind posting shows san joses position is getting worse and they will soon be declared bankrupt.
What has happened is that the banks and administrators will have come to an arrangement about paying out. the banks know full well that they would be enforced to pay interest by the courts had the matter gone before the judge. This would have amounted to a great deal more than that offered as compensation.
This extra money would then have been registered as a credit against san jose. They have made a deal with their backs to the wall which help them both out and are YET AGAIN to the disadvantage of the owners.
As for WADGE's comments. I have spoken to wadge some years back so know there was a genuine concern at santa ana. I do question your wisdom however if you believe anything told to you by the developer
barry. thanks for sharing although you would be best placed not to share legal information on an open forum for your sake as much as anyone elses. if san jose feel others will jump on our bandwagon they may decide not to go ahead with any deal you have made
Personally if I get such an offer at the last minute I will tell ALMU to sick it up her arse. I want my day in court and I want my money back

I think a little order seems to be coming now, from what was chaos.
Tony has some vindication in that the builder may have trading options open to them again. Fair play if thats the case.
We are a little nearer our goal that they seem to have survived the pressure of the administration, and come through with a real chance of survival.
The fact remains that a lot of promises of building properties has been a let down for us......we are not going to get our property where we wanted it, if ever..................we are still a customer with a broken contract who needs an explanation, and SJ do not have a good record of communication.
I am.........surprised and confused at this moment.bur still want our money back quickly as possible.

Nice to hear from you. It was quite cold here earlier, because of the wind, and we thought we might even have to put the heating on! Luckily the wind has died down, and tomorrow looks like it will be warm again.
Brian, you seem to sound a bit more optimistic. It would be great if something good comes out of this - I think we all deserve that!
