Hi all - am coming over on Thursday so hope to come to the EGM - must have missed or lost the details re. where it is being held and when it starts - assuming I am not the only one - could someone please post the details on this thread - would be most greatful. If anyone wants me to be a proxy for them am most happy to oblige!
What with the EGM and sorting out my IBI it will be a fun packed long weekend I'm sure!

Who is going to the EGM besides me...i know Brian , Redcastle, is going plus Rene Ruger. What about meeting for coffee at 9am at the hotel ...i will be outside having my breakfast at the golf club bar if anybody wants to meet...assuming it is not raining

we approved the account for 2007 and Ryf have made arrangements to pay their debts ..they owe just over 200,000 euros and have paid 50,000 last week. the rest are covered they say by iou´s maturing in oct nov and dec. with that knowledge AEA have negoatiated paymernts to our creditors which they will accept. Date of AGM is friday 18th April at 4.00pm

Was the other outstanding debts discussed we seem to have many who have never paid.

Thanks Caroline...still here relaxing but its bloody raining chats et chiens today...still its warm!!! we have been tolñd they will do their best to get the minutes out more quickly than last time...we will see.

 my o level french is better than my cafe spanish!!! Accenture are heavy duty task masters to be sure...need some getting used to , to be honest..still pays the bills. Does anyone know if RfY have now paid their backlog of community fees?
//edit// I've just read the minutes I see that some is due 31st October. So we'll wait another week to find out.,

Hi,
John, you said below, the AGM is on Friday 18th April....... According to my new diary, the 18th is a Saturday.
Can anyone confirm when the AGM is, so perhaps we can start booking flights early enough this year.
