Can anyone who has completed or been over recently tell us what colour the work tops are in the kitchens. It was one of those queries ages ago and we even asked when we visited in Feb but our guide wasn't very helpful telling us they could be painted any colour (lost something in translation I think!) But I've been looking back at photo's and in some the worktops have a wood finish and in others a grey finish- which was what the the ones we saw had. So Iwas just wondering what they had turned out to be.

Grey.  At least it's grey in my apartment.  I liked the wood effect better but no-one offered/mentioned the option to me for anything else.

When we went over in May I asked the person that took us to look at the show apartment how we could ask for a choice of worktop, he informed us that all apartments will have grey worktops and you cannot request any alternative. So as far as I can tell the wood tops in the show apartments are just to show you what you can’t have. That is unless you pay homestile to change them after completion,

Oh well, we liked the wood too but the grey looks okay with the chrome kitchen appliances, Thanks.
