AGM - running the meeting

Hi All

Whilst snagging a property last week I was asking the Polaris rep what was happening with the Sports area.  She assured me that for July (likely the 31st) their will be two tennis courts, some other courts for football / hockey and a golf driving range!  Also, she said there would be a restaurant, bar and supermarket open.

The place looks great as well - most Jardines look complete with the exception of 7/8/9 where they are still fitting windows, rendering and painting.

Back again for another couple of snags this week so any update I'll let you know.

That sounds very promising Bat,have you any new photos to share and if not,could you take some as you're going back and try to post them on this site please. Maybe I will have the pleasure of giving you a tennis lesson also..haha Only joking, I've never played tennis before in my life. It's maybe never too late to try though! Best wishes. Geoff.

How's it goin big John, I was wondering when I was gonna hear some of your drivel on here....ha ha... Are you not gonna play golf anymore, that clown Ryan can't get out of his bed.He's let me down twice in 3 days this week already.. I'm looking forward to beating you at tennis too by the way,though I'll find it hard to stop pelting tennis balls point blank at Ryan in my spare time. I haven't heard of my completion date yet,but I'll let you know when they give me one. Laters. Geoff.
