Hi,
Can anyone confirm if the 'entrance' gates at the top of the stairs for the top floor apartments come as standard? I know that they are there on the show apartments but so are the terracotta light fixtures and there is some ambiguity over them.
If someone has completed and can confirm it would be appreciated if they could post a reply.

I've gone back to the specifications and whilst the wooden pegola is identified the gates are not. In all the diagrams gates are there, but I cant seem to find it written anywhere that we will have a gate at our indivdual apartments- but think I have always expected we would have. With regards to the gates on both the 2 and 3 bed properties. Each property that we have snagged so far there has been an issue with the gate not closing properly. I think the gates maybe too heavy for the fittings and they are dropping, and therefore the catch does not meet with the connector on the wall.
Just something to watch out for.

We have had no issues with any of the gates on properties we have snagged not closing properly - all have had a smooth mechanism, potentially too easy for a kid to open.....
