Astronomical Endesa Bill for Dec-Jan 2010

Having just been out to view the show apartments, overall we were very pleased with the apartments & development.

As most people have mentioned indoor space in limited in the 3 bed apartments, but I think this is to be expected in view of the cost of the apartments.  One concern we had was the need for somekind of outdoor storage for things such as mops & brushes.  While out in Spain we stopped at La Torre and the apartment their had small outdoor/indoor area housing the washing machine, boiler and all the cleaning stuff such as mop and bucket.  At Condado they're is no option and realistically outdoor storage in the only answer.

Just wondered if anyone has looked at such items?

I think there have been suggestions that the alcove under the stairway on the ground floor terrace could be boxed in and inside the 2 bed the alcove under the stairs there could also have doors fitted. There's also the option of lockable storage boxes such as you can purchase in a  B&Q equivalant. I think Emma from Snagit Murcia was offering the understairs cupboard service amongst others.

A long time back there was a suggestion on one of the threads about having storage/seating built along the rear wall of the roof terrace but I dont know if anyone went any further with that idea or got prices.
