Banco Halifax login problems

I have just tried and got the following rather elegant message: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle error '80004005' ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact /inc_auth.asp, línea 18 It looks like a database connection error but not sure if it is specific to my account or a more general error.
