What's the easiet way to know where your local airport flies to

Does anyone know the easiest way to find out where your local airport flies to?
I end up looking for flights that are maybe 150 miles away, yet i cant find an easy listing at my local airport of where they fly to and who to contact to book a cheap flight.

agreed if i am flying somewhere new or outof the way skyscanner is excellent as a starting point
