We are moving to Spain in June this year and will be living near Murcia City.
I am in the process of setting up a business whereby we provide a service based menu for clients who predominately own holiday homes or homes that are rented out and are seeking various services competitively priced to enhance their home and garden.
Our parents have lived in Spain for many years in Almeria (Mojacar / Allbox) and our services could certainly be used by people living full in time in Spain rather than having the onus of tracking down quality workmen for certain jobs.
Our company will be providing the following services:-
1) Installation of air conditioning, solar panels, heated swimming pool
2) Pool installation, updating pool engines, and as stated installation of pool heating, pool covers
3) Wreckers, and security steelwork
4) Garden landscaping, artificial grass, railways sleepers
5) Pool cleaning, key holding, key management, rental management
6) Small building work / garden landscaping, exterior walls, exterior painting
7) Glass screening, mosquito nets,
8) telecommunication services, co-ordinated broadband packages
9) plumbing, electrical works
We will be seeking to expand our portfolio during the course of this year.
