selling english property AFTER becoming spanish resident

we are considering a permanent move to spain and applying for residencia
BUT as we still have our property in england we are thinking of renting
it out till property prices start to increase again. My question is this -:
Does anyone know what our capital gains tax position would be when we eventually
sold the english property.
Would it be classed as our second home by the spanish authorities and have
to pay tax on the sale..
