Our administrator had the new improved formula proposal at the AGM for the implementation of the discount for payment of the community fee. This was voted for unanimously:-

• If the community fee is paid by the end of each month by the owner a 20% discount is allowed. So the same amount of fee is paid as previously
• If you have not paid by the end of each month. No discount.
• If you owe any outstanding community fee's. No discount. 

The emergency payment of 50% has also been suspended. This is due to the follow up by the administrator in recovering money from non payers.

No more baked beans on toast for me! Some days it has just been the toast. What with the exchange rate and no interest on savings. No more sitting outside Mercadona with my Podenco wailing for the odd euro.

Tins of pink salmon at the very least, and for my birthday a tin of red!

Talking about bringing home the bacon I wonder if Iceland's will drop the price on smoked back twin packs while the swine flu crisis has been upgraded to level 5.

If it is level 6 by the the end of the day will someone airmail me a few packs over to the island in a cool box.

I removed an abandoned English number plated car from the underground garage it had been down there for 10 years and loaded it up on a grua.

Got it all the way back to old blighty for the car scrappage scheme.

The Skoda dealer gave me 1000 quid and scrapped a new Skoda!
