Banks and Non Residency certificate

On the accreditation of non residency which is being asked by Banks:

I would advise you to proceed this way:
1.- Fax your Bank in Spain to ask for this regarding you and your account.
2.- Apply for the non residency certificate
3.- Send a new fax to the Bank´s branch manager with a copy of the application for non-residency certificate.
There is no way for the Bank to freeze the accounts if you preventively act this way.
