Hi every one, just read this weeks article by Jonh Wolfendale in it he writes about being able to rent a property with the view to buying. If any one has any info on who is doing this I would be very interested to hear,

Depends where you want to live. Key Mare are/ were trying this idea out at their developments in Vera, Almeria.

That is the very interesting way of rent with option to buy:
I wrote an article on that for EOS a while ago, it has not been published yet by Justin, so I want to ask him for permission to publish either here or in my blog. It is such an interesting option in these times.
I will let you know.
