Snagging Company - Mojacar Area

Any recommendations for a snagging company that will look at our apartment in Mojacar without charging us extra because its out of there area? Was looking at inspectahome, but it will cost an extra £100 because of the location. So, looking for a more local company.

I have emailed a reliable local agent to see if they have someone/know someone - at least that way you could compare what they offer. They weren't open today ( Día de Andalucía - dozens of locals picnicking 200 metres from the house - no doubt they will leave a horrendous mess as usual although I have been and politely asked them to remove their rubbish!)
