Hi, new to this excellent forum. We have bought a 2 bed in Jardines 10 (11). We would also be interested in air con units.We have booked to go out in end April. We have applied for our NIE number last month through the Spanish consulate in Manchester. They said it would take approx 3 months to come through and cost us nothing.

Hi Jarvo, welcome to our forum, hope you stick around. Whereabouts are you buying, area, costa ? Don't ever say on forum your plot no. It isn't safe. Save that for in private messages. There may be a development forum just for owners of Jardines 10 so let me know & I'll direct you to it.
