Hi All

Yes it has been put to tender and Condado Painting was the best value there was 3 companys that tendered for it. All the prices were much the same I agree with all of you that it is high but it looks like we are stuck with it. the president from my garden told me all this when i asked questions like you have been asking.

The option A in my opinion is not worth it at all because if you do the somes it will take 10 years to get your apartment painted! Hence it probably will never get done because the owners that care about the look and keeping there apartment in good condition will end up paying for it to be done like a some people on my garden have already done. So if they are only going to do the areas in worst condition then mine  and others will be paying €60 per annum for the empty/company/ apartments that probably dont even pay there community fees.

Try Easyoption car hire the prices quoted will include some fuel so no rip off fuel prices when you get there.
Also the mrs just booked a 7seater with atlas choice.

Hi,

Planning a trip for some freinds that want to play 3 rounds of golf they want to play at Condado and Camposol and another.

Please can anyone recommend a course for them they would prefer an easy course then everyone in their party can enjoy

any ideas?
