I am building a house on the costa blanca. I have all the planning etc etc but I have been given conflicting advice about the 10 year guarantee.
Once the house is complete I will sell it. The arquitect says I do not need seguro decenal in order to sell it but other people state that without the seguro decenal then the bank will not allow a mortgage to be granted.
Does anybody have any experience in this field.
