We are looking to rent apartment in La Zenia area (20 mile radius)
We only require for four nights 27th July 07 until 31st July 07, we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The accomadation must have air conditioning.

Hi All
We are just about to complete on an apartment in La Zenia which we are mainly going to use for holiday rental
However came across the below in another forum tonight and wonder if anyone can clear it up:
"Taken from Valencia Life today:
The Valencian Government has passed a new decree to the effect that it is now obligatory for all owners of apartments or homes that they rent out to belong to a central register. The only sort of activity exempt from registering will be the Aparthotels as they offer 24 hour services. Tourism Consellera Angelica Such stated that the creation of the Register was aimed at calming the atmosphere down in the tourist sector over the non-registered offering of apartments to let for a holiday over the Internet, which has been of considerable concern."
My apologies if my question sounds simple but does La Zenia come under Valencia or Murcia and does the above apply to me?

It does apply to you... La Zenia ( Orihuela-Alicante-Comunidad Valenciana).
I guess that decree is the one which regulates the Valencian Rental Agency.

Hi. We have a property in Spain and wish to maximise holiday rental potential. Last year we attracted several weeks of UK based holiday makers but we would like to make sure that our details are available to a wider European base, especially Spanish nationals. So far we have listed on EOS and another free site. Also we have dipped our toes into the frantic waters of Ebay. Any other suggestions (free or low cost) for options that might hit the right market? Would they have translation facilities on their site?
All advise gratefully received by us newbies to the rental market.
