To buy properties in Spain de reference spot is Idealista. Here you can find a lot of properties and you can filter by price and location to find cheap properties. I would recommend to filter by price and square meters, so you can see which ones are cheap by square meter. For this, you can just point out the minimum square meter and the maximum price you want to pay.
Also, if you need a mortgage you may ask many banks (Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Bankinter...) or use comparison platforms to check the conditions that are applied in various banks. The platform generally used is Acierto. In addition, take into account that in order to request a mortgage, you will need an official appraisal report. There are many companies that provide appraisal reports (Gesvalt, Tecnitasa, Tinsa, St-Sociedad de tasacion...) but again, I would recomment to use a comparison website as the prices vary a lot (from 100€ to 750€ or so for a house).
