I'm wondering does anyone know if Gama the builders are still in business? They built the houses on dorado country club close to Bonalba golf in Alicante . We are selling our villa there and the solicitor told up they have to apply for a licence as it isn't classed as signed off as a closed development, even though the same solicitor let us buy the place from new under those terms . Be grateful if anyone has any views on this ?
