Lost Deposit!
My father in law purchased an apartment in 2005 on the above complex Parador the agent went into liquidation and the builder apparently went bust thus losing a hefty deposit I remember he tried various lawyers all taking a sum of money to try and make a claim years ago but to no avail. my father in law now has dementia I have obtained power of Attorney and I intend to get to the bottom of this I have just found some paperwork regarding the apartment and wondered if anyone can help or has had the same problems the original lawyers were Aldea Advisors?
