Non payment of rent and utilities

Hello all, can someone pls help me in resolving what has become a complete nightmare for me. My tenant in Manilvia has not been paying the full rent and utilities for the past four months. Phone calls and letters to him go ignored. Does anyone know if I can inform his employer of the situation and ask for his help? I am a pensioner and am getting deeper and deeper in depth and depression .any advice would be greatly appreciated

Make an appointment this morning with St Georges Charity Shop for tomorrow(Wed) between 10:30 and 1pm for the Citizens Advice Bureau. They should be able to help you
