de Panama a Salamanca

Hola a todos,
Quiero visitar a mi hermana que se encuentra en Salamanca. En estos momentos estoy en Panama, y me gustaria saber si hay una forma de hacer una buena ruta hacia Salamanca. No se si lo mejor sea ir a Madrid, de Madrid voy hacia Atocha y de Atocha a Salamanca.
¿Qué opinan?
