Hi Richgirl here, I am new to conversing on this site but not new to browsing the newsletter. I am currently purchasing in costa del sol, having some difficulties with estate agent at present but not getting down hearted! largely due to eye on spain and invaluable info that has helped me get independent legal advice. Great newsletter and site. I hope to keep involved from now on.

Can I be the first to welcome you to EOS ? My husband & I are non residents on the CB, completed over two & a half years ago. Plenty of good advice on here. Sorry you're having trouble with your estate agent. Unfortunately these things happen all too frequently. Good luck with your purchase.
