Hi,

Please could you assist?

I'd really like some indication of the actual costs associated with living in Spain, so for those who can, please could you tell me the costs (excluding rent) that I will incur for living in a 2 bed apartment of 80-100m:

Electricity

Gas

Telephone

WIFI

Water

Anything else?????

Thanks for your help

Carl

If you can live with a little money  to spare in UK then, assuming your money is to be spent on living a similar life in Spain,  you should find your money will further.

Answers to your questions if you can live on what you are getting in as far as private pensions are consernd in the UK then you will live in Spain equally as well Price's for food /gas /electric/rent are basically the same council tax is about 50% less in Spain .

depending where you live in Uk and where you pan to live in Spain rent is cheaper

Also food is generally cheaper unless you buy imported products

Eating out is cheaper

Utility bills are approx equal except council taxes

As many have said if you can survive in UK on your currnet income then you will be good in Spain but many other factors such as taxataion, health care, your age, your expectations etc etc all need to be taken into account
