Hi EOS

Great improvements and the like/dislike function is great. As is the registered users availability on the blogs.

Could you install an app that gives the date of members joining the site? I know many sites have it...and it helps avoid all the "new" TrollsOnSpain. Just wondered if it was available on here.

Would it be possible to start a new thread without having to open up an existing thread?

Could there not be a button marked New thread, to click on? At the moment you cannot do this without clicking onto a thread.

Also, is there any hope of the blogs returning to normal with rational bloggers blogging all things Spain? As it used to be! 

IE. Information relevant to Spain. We want to learn about Spain and all it's fantastic offerings.

It gets tiring looking for the interesting Spain stuff, in amongst all the irrelevant blog posts that would be better posted on individuals own blogs/facebook pages/websites, if not related to Spain. Anything not related to Spain should be removed as spam.

The trolls and spam posts deter all the fabulous and "Spain Wise" old posters from posting (thus losing vital contributions and sound knowledge for those looking for it) and clutters the system, killing bandwith.

JUST A THOUGHT :)  

 


  

The latest additions to the site are the following :

1- We have now added the possibility to "LIKE" a blog post.... If you dislike it just stop reading and read something else or leave a comment, but be polite at all times!  :-)

As many users do NOT use Facebook we have added our own functionality. So please, please make an effort to "click" on the LIKE button if you enjoyed the post, it really helps the bloggers and encourages them to write more. It will also help them identify what is enjoyed more by the readers. So if you appreciate the time and effort that the EOS BLOGGERS put into writing and above all value their content, please show them your support by "liking" their posts. We may use this information in conjunction with the "views" data and comments to establish a ranking of the most popular blogs on EOS in the very near future.

2 - The functionality of LIKES & DISLIKES has now been added to the Community forums as well.
